    My coaching is tailored to individual development needs and organizational demands. I help clients optimise strengths, resources and strategies for maximum effectiveness. I uphold the British Psychological Society’s ethical standards and receive regular supervision.

  • Team coaching

    The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. I help teams create new products and services, keep performing through transitions, and build trust by improving relationships. I unleash the power of the collective via shared vision, aligned energies and coordinated action.

  • Training

    My programmes are experiential, dynamic and fun. I interweave theory and practice, research and ancedotes, input and dialogue. Clients work with me to custom-design programmes for organizational and individual needs. I also lead programmes with other consultants, e.g.:

  • Consulting

    My whole-systems approach to organisational transformation uses tools such as interviews, psychometric questionnaires and company surveys to pinpoint issues, limiting patterns and dysfunctional behaviour. Clients and I then co-create solutions to enhance performance and well-being.

  • Facilitating

    I can draw people together for productive dialogue at team meetings, leadership forums or conferences, in an energizing, inspiring space where each voice is heard and valued. Clients and I co-design events for clarity of vision, action-alignment and commitment to innovation.

  • Motivational speaking

    Topics for keynote addresses, presentations and conference sessions include how to create change through conversation, build strong work relationships, or collaborate across organisational boundaries. I engage audiences with stories, research and provocative questions.
